1986年开始一直从事旅游酒店经营管理工作至今，现任湖南鑫利投资有限公司兼湖南鑫利大酒店有限公司总经理、中国旅游星级饭店星评员、国际金钥匙组织成员等职。
通过自身的刻苦学习和钻研，他成为了中国为数不多的酒店业总经理中的“多面手”。连年被有关部门评为国际酒店管理精英奖、湖南省文化旅游杰出人物、中国旅游饭店杰出人物等荣誉称号。
From 1986 to now, he is always engaged in Tourism Hotel Operating Management. He acts as several positions ,such as the general manager of Hunan Xinli Investment Limited Company and Hunan Xinli Hotel Limited Company、China Tourism Star Level Hotel Assessor、International Gold Key Organization Member.
Through working-hard and study intensively, he becomes one of the few number of the versatile manager of the hotel industry in the whole nation. He is acquiring the international hotel management elite award, Hunan culture tourism outstanding figures, China’s tourist hotel outstanding character and so on titles year by year.
