2011年10月就任深圳华侨城大酒店业主代表、副总经理。1996年入行至今，先后在数家国际知名高星酒店、国际酒店管理公司从事人力资源、市场销售、酒店营运等关键岗位，十几年的酒店业成长经历，积累了丰富的人力资源、酒店经营管理经验及人脉资源。担任人力资源总监期间，所在湖南长沙皇冠假日酒店酒店被评为洲际集团员工最佳满意度酒店，本人亦被评为华南中国区最佳人力资源总监；在其担任深圳华侨城国际酒店管理公司副总经理期间，致力于高星酒店管理服务输出和深港两地酒店业人才交换培养，得到业界高度认可。2006年其所在深圳华侨城国际酒店管理公司被评为最佳人力资源管理企业等殊荣。
In October 2011, he was the Owner Representative, Deputy General Manager of InterContinental Shenzhen. Since he joined this line in 1996, he worked at some key posts such as human resources, sales and marketing and hotel operation in several international well-known premium-star hotels and international hotel management companies. When he was a Human Resources Director, he was elected as The Best Human Resources Director in Crowne plaza Hunan. When he was Deputy General Manager of Intercontinental Shenzhen, he was committed to output of management service for premium-star hotels and hotel personnel exchange in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, which was highly recognized by the industry.
