years of culinary career, he not only handles various cuisines, but also is good at nutrition match of the dishes, as well
as food carving craft. He won 11 awards above provincial-level in the past 10 years, particularly involved in dish
making on the opening day of the Expo, who successfully served for national leaders like the chairman of PRC and
gained awards.
