MR.JIANG HONGXING——A Designer of Architecture who creates characteristics of Yunnan Guanfang. For more than 30 years, he designs hundreds of cases, putting architectural design into feature of nature, human, history and nationality, combining various benefits such as economy, beauty and culture. His works such as "Lijiang Guanfang Hotel", "Kunming Jinkang Park", "Kunming Guanfang Plaza" and others.
毕业于云工大工民建专业，从业设计年限30余年。创办昆明官房建筑设计有限公司20年，现任董事长兼总经理。主持参与设计项目几百个，获奖项目众多，特别对酒店设计有丰富的创意经验。现取得国家一级注册建筑师、国家一级注册结构工程师资质、教授级建筑师、云南省勘测设计大师称号。担任云南省设计专家。云南省土木学会副理事长、中国建筑协会资深会员、世界华人建筑协会首创会员、全国房地产商会设计联盟执行常委、亚太酒店设计协会常务理事。
Having earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Yunnan Institute of Technology, a stepping stone to Hongxing’s Career, he had been deeply involved as an architect for thirty years. Hongxing’s career took a ten-fold leap in responsibility when he became the founder, President and GM of Kungming Guanfang Architectural Design Co. Ltd. Now, for twenty years, he demonstrated his passion by hosting and contributing in hundreds of successful design projects. Concentrating his expertise in hotel design, Hongxing’s dedication landed him undeniable reputation as a designer, as well as numerous design awards. Thus, his astounding achievements qualified him to the titles of: First Class National Registered Architect, First Class National Registered Engineer, and Executive Vice Chairman of the Civil Engineering Committee of Yunnan Province, Senior Member of China Architectural Association, Founding Member of Global Chinese Architectural Association, Executive Committee of National Real Estate Commerce and Design Association, and Executive member of the Southeast Asia Design Association.
