He has been in the hospitality industry for over 20+ years and has entitled of multiple positions, including the vice-general manager of recreation department in Sangem International Hotel Management Limited，the assistant general manager of Goodview Hotel Sangem Tangxia and the vice-general manager of Goodview Hotel Sangem Qiaotou. Hotel management has become his life-long career.
