郑士亭，1957年生，现任上海中环国际酒店董事、总经理兼党支部书记。1978年毕业于上海华东师范大学法语系。而后至今三十多载，与酒店业同成长、共发展。2008年起，率领自己的团队全身心地投入上海中环国际酒店的筹建工作，酒店于2010年6月对外试营业，并成功接待了多个世博参观团，并于2010年12月隆重举行了世界旅游形象大使“走进中环、丽影盛会”的活动，多项大型接待任务都得到了相关方的肯定。他以独特的人格魅力影响周边人士，他持之以恒的敬业精神深得业主信任。相信在他的领导下，定能打造出中环国际酒店全新的品牌形象。
Mr. Shiting ZHENG, born in 1957, is entitled of multiple positions, including the Board Member of Central International Hotel, General Manager and the Secretary of Communist Party Branch. His major was French in the Shanghai East China Normal University and he graduated in 1978. Since then, he has been working in and growing with the Hotel field for over 30 years. In 2008, he leads his brilliant team to contribute into the preparation work for opening of the Central International Hotel, which officially opened in June, 2010. In the year, the hotel successfully hosted all stay-in visitors from all over the world during the EXPO Shanghai and also it held significantly great events for many times which includes the ‘World Travelling Image Ambassador Enters The Central International Hotel’ which was held in Dec, 2010. Mr. ZHENG has influenced people around with his charming personal characters, and achieved trust and credit from all investors with his persistent dedication to the enterprise. It is assured that, while under Mr. ZHENG’s management, the Central International Hotel will be represented with an outstanding brand image.
