Mr. Yang Xuguang holds of the post of general manager, the party branch secretary of Hangzhou Sunny Hotel, the chairman of Hangzhou Sunny Hotel Management Company, and the chairman of Zhejiang Sunny International Travel Service. He has graduated from the First Cadres Course of Shanghai Institute of Tourism, obtained the Master's degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and he once studied in Germany.
