高天明:动态个性化人力资源管理模式创始人,1980-1988年在美国留学八年,并先后攻读华盛顿市乔治城大学的国际关系学士学位,纽约州立大学奥伯尼分校的社会心理学硕士学位,纽约大学(私立)行政管理学院的行政管理博士学位。1989-2001年间曾先后加盟过香格里拉,喜来登,假日,文华,凯莱等国际著名酒店管理集团,并担任过培训部经理,人力资源部总监,酒店副总经理,酒店代总经理,集团人力资源总监和集团副总裁等职务;现任东方酒店管理有限公司的副总经理。

                 

About author

Mr. Tim Gao is the Initiator of the Dynamic and Personalized Human Resources Management Model here in China. He studied in the United States for eight years (1980-1988). During this period, he worked for his BSFS Degree at the Georgetown University in Washington D.C., his MA Degree in Social Psychology at the State University of New York at Albany, and his DPA Degree at the School of Public Administration of New York University. In the past twelve years or so (1989-2001), he worked with such well-known international hotel chains as Shangri-La, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Singapore Mandarin, Gloria etc. in the capacity of Training Manager, Director of Human Resources, Deputy General Manager, Acting General Manager, Group Director of Human Resources, Vice President etc. He is currently employed as the Deputy General Manager (equivalent to EVP) of the Oriental Hotel Management Company Ltd.
