个人简历：刘赵平，1971年生于山西平遥，祖籍山西垣曲。1992年南开大学数学系获理学学士学位，1998年南开大学旅游系获经济学硕士学位，现在国家旅游局政策法规司工作。主要研究领域包括旅游宏观政策、分时度假（产权酒店）、旅游的社会文化影响、旅游卫星帐户和旅游专项产品（农业旅游、工业旅游）开发与规范等。已发表各类文章书籍70余篇（部）。

Liu Zhaoping was born in Pingyao of Shanxi Province, and his original family home is in Yuanqu of Shanxi Province. In 1992, he graduated from Mathematics Department of Nankai University, awarded Bachelor's Degree. In 1998, he was awarded Master's Degree of Economy from Tourism Department of Nankai University. Now he is working in Policy and Legislation Department of National Tourism Administration. His areas of specialization includes macro policy of tourism, timeshare (property hotel), social-cultural effects of tourism, tourism satellite account, development and standards of tourism special products (agricultural /industrial tourism) etc. By now,he has published more than 70 articles or books.
